You can delete your Syness Studios account and the data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.
If you have a Syness app installed and you're signed into your account:
This is the fastest method. Your account is queued for deletion immediately and you'll see an on-screen confirmation.
If you don't have the app installed, can't sign in, or just prefer to handle this over email, send a request to help@syness.io with:
Account Deletion RequestWe'll acknowledge your request as soon as we can and complete the deletion within the timeline described below. We may ask you to verify the request from the email address on file before proceeding — this is to make sure the request is actually coming from you.
When your account is deleted, we remove:
A limited amount of information may be kept after deletion when we're required to or have a legitimate reason:
App store purchases (Apple App Store, Google Play) are managed by Apple and Google. We don't store payment details, and we can't refund or remove purchase records on those platforms — for that, contact the App Store or Play Store directly.
Deleting your account doesn't remove app data stored locally on your device. To remove that, uninstall the app or clear its data through your device's settings (iOS or Android).
